About My Clients
I specialize in providing a safe, supportive environment where survivors can work through the process of healing and recovering so that the trauma doesn’t define them. I also feel that it is important to create an open, nonjudgmental space where anyone struggling with mental health issues (not necessarily related to trauma) can find support and learn skills to help them navigate life more easily.
My Background and Approach
I believe that the relationship between me and my clients, is the most important factor in therapy. I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment where we can come together to work on processing the trauma and beginning the healing process.
