About My Clients
I help high-functioning women who look successful on the outside but feel dysregulated, exhausted, traumatized or disconnected on the inside. Together we move beyond surface-level coping. We integrate trauma therapy, nervous system regulation, and somatic body based healing to help you move from survival mode into true stability and power. If you're ready for pattern-changing, body-based work where your voice matters and your healing isn't rushed; you are in the right place.
My Background and Approach
My path into this work wasn't purely academic. Alongside my clinical training, I completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training and an Ayurveda nutrition course, and I host a weekly podcast, The Awakened Heart: A Podcast for Neurodivergent and Trauma-Experienced Women. None of that is a side hustle bolted onto my "real" credentials; it's all one integrated understanding of what it actually takes for a nervous system to feel safe again. I specialize in trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming care for women, particularly women who got their ADHD or autism diagnosis later in life, often after years of being told they were "too much," "too sensitive," or "not trying hard enough." A huge part of my work is helping women unlearn that story and understand that their nervous system isn't broken; it's been doing exactly what it was trained to do to survive.

If you ask what I believe in, the short answer is: everything is connected; body, mind, spirit, earth, cycle, story. I don't experience those as separate categories. They're one continuous thread, and most of my personal life is just me tugging on different parts of it. I hold deep reverence for the mystical alongside the clinical. Tarot, astrology, Ayurveda, and somatic work aren't hobbies I keep separate from my credentials — they're complementary languages for the same truth: that we are intuitive beings who've forgotten how to listen to ourselves. I'm drawn to archetypal figures like Persephone and Lilith — women who descend, transform, and return unapologetic. Shadow work, the practice of turning toward what we've exiled in ourselves, is territory I find endlessly rich. If there's one belief underneath it all, it's this: nothing about you needs fixing so much as it needs understanding — your body, your sensitivity, your spiritual hunger, your contradictions. I try to live that
