About My Clients
I have the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, including neurodivergent children and their families, as well as individuals, couples, and groups navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and person-centered—I believe that every client brings unique strengths, and my role is to help uncover and build on those strengths in ways that feel empowering and sustainable.
My Background and Approach
Before beginning my formal training, I spent over 10 years working closely with children, including those who are neurodivergent and have special needs. Those experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the resilience, creativity, and individuality that each child brings, and they continue to shape how I connect with clients today. Now, as I advance in my clinical education, I am integrating that foundation with evidence-based practices to support a wide range of clients. I am currently training in play therapy, which allows me to bring creativity and developmentally appropriate techniques into my work with children while also applying what I learn to sessions with individuals and families. In my work, I primarily draw from person-centered approaches, creating a safe and empathetic space for clients to feel heard, alongside cognitive-behavioral strategies, which help clients explore new ways of thinking and coping.
