About My Clients
As an LPC Intern, I am passionate about working with individuals of all ages, genders, and identities, though I have gained significant experience working with children and young adolescents. My primary focus, however, is on supporting women through the unique challenges they face at different stages of life. I would like to work more in areas such as body image, insecurity, eating disorders, postpartum challenges, menopause, and life transitions. Although, I am eager to work with everyone!
My Background and Approach
I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a B.S. in Psychology in 2023, and later that same year I started my journey of obtaining licensure by enrolling in a Master’s program at the University of Houston - Clear Lake in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Throughout those years, I have procured a large unprofessional repertoire of working alongside children and young adolescents in school/daycare/in-home settings. I am now gaining direct/indirect hours at a private practice in Katy, Texas named Martin Counseling where I collaborate with clients to navigate life’s challenges and to work toward our shared and common goal of healing and growth.
