About My Clients
I am passionate about working with teens who are struggling with mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and grief. I can assist with coping tools, validation, problem solving skills, and help my clients to get a better understanding of themselves. I can help by using both person-centered and cognitive therapy approaches to assist my clients with their issues.

Using the skills and interventions I provide will help you navigate the problems you face daily. I want each of my clients to feel like their therapy experience is always focused on them.
