About My Clients
I work with individuals, couples, and families wanting to gain confidence in themselves, their communication skills, and relationship building skills. I strive to make counseling a fun and supportive process and mainly work around body image, relationships, racial concerns, and general anxiety/depression.
My Background and Approach
I attended Northwestern University receiving my master's in Mental Health Counseling. I am currently a doctoral student at Baylor University studying learning and organizational change. My approach to counseling is person-centered, psychodynamic, and existential. I put my clients and their concerns/needs first to ensure they are receiving proper care.
