About My Clients
Trauma affects all areas of our lives and impacts our ability to feel safe and secure. We receive messages from our family, organized religion, culture, and community that can be damaging and led to feelings of shame, guilt, and fear. At Regrowth Counseling we work with clients who are feeling stuck due to past traumas, issues in relationships, depression, grief, anxiety, ADHD, stress, and family conflict, and help you move forward in your life.
My Background and Approach
Our therapists have a variety of skills and use different modalities to meet clients where they are including EMDR, Gottman Method, DBT, CBT, CPT, ACT and client-centered therapy. We work with clients from all religious backgrounds, including folx who have transitioned out of or do not practice organized religion and practice LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We are proud to be open and honest therapists and consider ourselves to be LGBTQIA+ and Black Lives Matter affirming and an ally to these communities.
