About My Clients

I work with women, mothers, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and identity shifts. Many of my clients feel stretched thin by caregiving, emotional labor, or the pressure to hold it all together. In our work, we slow down and make sense of your story—creating space for healing, clarity, and connection with yourself and the people you love.

My Background and Approach

My approach is collaborative and grounded in connection. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood. Sessions often feel like a conversation—a chance to slow down and make sense of the stories, patterns, and challenges that feel important to you. I’ll invite you to share stories about your life, your relationships, and what’s been showing up lately. As we talk, we’ll pause to notice what feels true and what might need a closer look. Healing begins when we can see how our experiences have shaped us and begin to reimagine what comes next. I often incorporate tools like journaling, role play, and grounding techniques to support reflection and help you build coping skills that extend beyond the therapy space. My work is also rooted in cultural humility and narrative therapy, honoring each person’s story as a path toward healing, balance, and self-understanding.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be a space where people feel safe to show up as they are—without judgment, pressure, or expectation. Healing begins when we slow down and make sense of our experiences, recognizing how the stories we carry shape how we see ourselves and move through the world. I value authenticity, curiosity, and compassion in the therapeutic process. My work is guided by the belief that growth doesn’t always mean changing who we are, but rather reconnecting with the parts of ourselves that have been overlooked or silenced. I view mental health as a lifelong process of learning, unlearning, and finding balance between who we’ve been and who we’re becoming.
