My Background and Approach
We are a Pennsylvania-based virtual private practice dedicated to creating an affirming and inclusive space for individuals to explore, heal, and grow. Our approach is grounded in a client-centered philosophy that values authenticity, curiosity, and connection. We believe in meeting each client exactly where they are — honoring their story, emotions, and lived experiences. Using evidence-based and holistic practices, we integrate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, and other strength-based interventions to support self-awareness and emotional regulation. Our therapists specialize in LGBTQ+ affirming care, neurodiversity-affirming therapy, grief counseling, and child and adolescent therapy. We guide clients in identifying patterns that no longer serve them, reconnecting with their values, and building a life rooted in meaning, self-compassion, and alignment with their authentic selves.
