About My Clients
I work with ambitious, self-aware people who feel like anxiety, fear, or self-doubt have quietly been shaping their lives. They often know they want more, yet find themselves hesitating, overthinking, comparing themselves to others, or waiting until they feel more ready. Together, we explore the deeper patterns that keep them stuck so they can move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and self-trust.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in helping people who feel held back by anxiety, fear, self-doubt, perfectionism, and the lasting effects of past experiences. Many of my clients have spent years trying to understand themselves, yet still feel stuck in the same patterns. My work is grounded in EMDR therapy, along with ACT, DBT, and Brainspotting. EMDR helps process the experiences that may still be shaping your confidence, relationships, and choices. ACT and DBT provide practical tools for responding differently to anxiety, difficult emotions, and self-doubt in everyday life. My approach is thoughtful, direct, and collaborative. I help clients move beyond simply coping so they can create meaningful, lasting change with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that many of the struggles people carry are not signs that something is wrong with them, but signs that they learned to survive in ways that no longer fit the life they want. Anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, and the fear of getting it wrong often begin as ways of protecting ourselves. I value honesty, depth, and meaningful change. I believe therapy should be a place where you do not have to perform, have all the answers, or pretend you are fine. It should be a space where you can understand yourself more clearly, reconnect with your own voice, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are. I am committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space where people of all identities, backgrounds, and experiences feel respected, understood, and supported.
