I use an emotion-informed, narrative approach to couples work. I am a Prepare-Enrich facilitator which allow us to utilize an evidence-based approach to conquering your relationship concerns.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Every person holds innate value. You deserve the abundant live you desire. When you grab hold of the reality of worth that lies within you nothing is to big to overcome. I have a Judaeo-christian worldview that informs my belief system and values. One thing I love about this is that it affords for each person to have a choice in their value system. I make it a point to be informed and sensitive to all my clients needs and beliefs. I'm here for you, to support you. I've been through relationship breakdowns, blowouts, and loss. Through my own journey with therapy and self-discovery I've learned how to build strong and lasting relationships, full of nuance and meaning. I love sharing and seeing everything click as you grow.
