About My Clients
My ideal client feels stuck—maybe overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, substance use, or burnout from trying to hold everything together. They want more than relief; they want clarity, direction, and a life that feels like their own. I help clients slow down, understand their patterns, and reconnect with what matters to them. Together, we build practical tools for lasting change in a space that’s real, compassionate, and grounded.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Substance Abuse Counselor in Wisconsin, with a BSW from Northern Michigan University and an MSW from the University of South Carolina. My work is rooted in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and ACT, helping clients break out of stuck patterns, reconnect with their values, and take meaningful steps toward change. I offer a collaborative, respectful space that’s grounded, supportive, and paced to your needs. I believe your past does not define your future, and I enjoy helping clients explore their experiences to uncover strengths, skills, and resilience they may not yet see. My goal is to empower you to build insight, embrace change, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life
