About My Clients
I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns that make it hard to move forward in daily life, often feeling overwhelmed, overthinking, or knowing what they want to change but struggling to act on it. I support clients across the lifespan, including young adults adjusting to independence and older adults navigating life transitions and identity shifts. Many are working through anxiety, self-worth, and trauma, including childhood and medical trauma.
My Background and Approach
I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, and life transitions, especially when things feel stuck, overwhelming, or hard to move forward in daily life. Many clients come to therapy feeling caught in patterns like overthinking, avoidance, or difficulty following through on personal goals, often feeling disconnected from the life they want to be living. My approach is eclectic and tailored to each person, drawing from evidence-based and trauma-informed methods including CBT, ACT, and humanistic approaches. I adapt therapy based on what is most helpful in the moment, whether that means building insight, exploring patterns, or working toward your goals in a way that feels realistic and meaningful. Therapy with me is collaborative and focused on understanding patterns and making meaningful life changes. The goal is to help you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more able to respond differently over time. *For scheduling, please use the website link below*
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is most effective when it feels collaborative, respectful, and grounded in real human experience. I approach my work with the belief that people are not “broken,” but often carrying patterns that once made sense and may no longer fit their current life. I value curiosity, emotional honesty, and meeting people where they are without judgment. I also believe change is possible at any point in life, especially when someone feels safe enough to understand themselves differently. In my work, I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, not analyzed, and supported in exploring both their struggles and their goals in a way that feels authentic and non-pressured. I am especially committed to affirming LGBTQ+ clients and working in a way that respects identity, lived experience, and individual meaning-making. I also value accessibility and offer a limited number of reduced-fee sessions when available.
