About My Clients
My clients are adults and older teens (16+) who identify as neurodivergent or are exploring what that means. Many live with ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, or executive functioning challenges, and often feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or burned out. They’re creative, sensitive, deep thinkers seeking clarity, tools, and self-trust—not to be “fixed,” but to be supported in navigating life on their own terms. Therapy is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in real-life strategies.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and neurodivergent therapist (AuDHD) with a background in supporting adults and older teens navigating ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, burnout, and executive functioning challenges. My approach is affirming, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that neurodivergent minds don’t need to be pathologized—they need to be understood and supported. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, adapting each session to fit your unique needs. Whether you’re masking to get through the day or feeling stuck in overwhelm, we’ll work together to build clarity, resilience, and sustainable strategies. I also offer coaching services outside of California, as well as assessment-informed support using tools like the AQ, CAT-Q, and ADHD screeners. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, validated, and empowered to move forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy should meet you where you are, not ask you to become someone you’re not. As a neurodivergent clinician, I understand the toll of masking, the overwhelm of executive dysfunction, and the deep fatigue that can come from being constantly misunderstood. I see behaviors as communication, and I hold space for the parts of you that have had to adapt, survive, or stay hidden. I believe in building trust through consistency, curiosity, and respectful collaboration. My work is trauma-informed, affirming, and paced to your nervous system—not a productivity clock. I don’t pathologize traits that make sense in context. Instead, I help clients name their needs, honor their values, and create systems that support their actual lives. Whether you’re navigating burnout, self-criticism, identity shifts, or emotional intensity, I hold hope and steady ground while we work toward sustainable, meaningful change—on your terms.
