About My Clients
Hi—I’m Aunge. I work with people navigating complex life transitions, identity questions, and the weight of histories that feel personal and political all at once. If you’ve ever felt like the world asks too much of you while offering too little in return—too little understanding, too little care, too little room to rest—you're not alone. You might be burned out on therapy, unsure if any space can truly hold what you carry. You may be someone who’s spent years translating yourself—across culture
My Background and Approach
You might be burned out on therapy, unsure if any space can truly hold what you carry. You may be someone who’s spent years translating yourself—across cultures, roles, or systems that were never designed for your full humanity. My practice is here to offer something different. Together, we explore the textures of your life—including your relationships, body, creative self, grief, and longing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Our work might include reconnecting with intuition, reimagining boundaries, and healing across generations. I invite clients to reflect not just on what’s wrong, but on what’s been wise, what’s been protective, and what’s possible now. I bring a culturally-informed, relational, and somatic lens to our work. I honor the strength it takes to seek support and the tenderness that healing often requires. Whether you’re deconstructing old survival strategies or dreaming into something more liberating, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
