I take on a person-centered, LGBTQ+ affirming, and collaborative therapeutic approach, where you will receive warm positive regard and empathy. You will be in a safe place free from biases and judgments. A place where you will be heard and supported to help strengthen and navigate you to your best. Struggling with mental illness, trauma, stress, and anxiety can leave you feeling alone, stuck, or alienated. Having those self-defeating thoughts on top of the daily stressors you may experience as an individual can be hard to navigate and manage. However, there is support waiting on you right here. Everyone is unique; therefore, the goals, strategies, skills, and techniques are designed for you as an individual; these areas include anxiety disorders, ADHD, depression, panic disorders, child and adolescent development, mood issues, parenting issues, and relationship challenges.

You are so worthy of greatness; you are the author and illustrator of your story. Your life and your pure existence are enough. There will never be another you, Be the best you ever. Love yourself unconditionally, be kind and patient with yourself. You are the most amazing, powerful, strong, and resilient person you will ever know. OWN IT!
