About My Clients
I work with adults aged 18-70 who are navigating mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, family or relationship challenges, parenting concerns, identity issues, and more. Whether you’re continuing previous therapy or taking your first step into it, I’m here to support you. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, helping you explore and address your challenges at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed therapist in Washington, dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with a personalized and compassionate approach. Drawing on my training in DBT, ACT, trauma-informed CBT, and narrative therapy, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all solution in therapy; every individual’s journey is distinct, and I strive to honor that in our work together. With experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, ages, and life experiences, I understand that each person’s story is unique. While I have been practicing for some time, I approach every client with fresh curiosity and care, recognizing that what works for one individual may not work for another. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where we can explore your concerns, uncover your strengths, and help you move toward meaningful change. Together, we’ll find the tools and strategies that resonate with you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist, I believe in fostering inclusivity, empathy, and empowerment in every interaction. I value creating a space where individuals of all backgrounds feel seen, heard, and understood. I support social justice initiatives, including the Black Lives Matter movement, and I am committed to advocating for equity and mental health access for marginalized communities. I deeply respect the diversity of human experiences, and I strive to bring cultural humility into my practice. I am an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and have a passion for supporting individuals as they explore their identities, navigate systemic challenges, and find strength in their unique journeys. Outside of therapy, I am dedicated to lifelong learning and personal growth. I volunteer with organizations that focus on mental health awareness and education, and I am passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health care. My mission is to help individuals embrace their authentic selves.
