About My Clients
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing online individual therapy for Washington residents. I’m passionate about supporting individuals with substance use disorders; and those dealing with complex trauma and the impacts of childhood emotional neglect.
My Background and Approach
Your unique goals, needs, and interests will determine my therapeutic approach. You can count on being met with compassion, respect, and a genuine interest in you and your life. I must show up as my authentic, fully human self so that you can feel comfortable doing the same. We will need to meet each other to see if we click, but I have been told that my clients feel very seen by me and that I'm very easy to talk to.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Regardless of approach, my work is trauma-informed, non-pathologizing, queer, and neurodiversity-affirming. I work from a lens of social justice and cultural humility.
