About My Clients
I value a strengths-based therapeutic space grounded in respect, curiosity, and nonjudgment. My ideal clients are individuals who are open to reflection and willing to explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns with honesty and care. I work well with people who are navigating anxiety, transitions, or feeling stuck, and who want to better understand themselves while building sustainable change. I honor each person’s autonomy and meet clients where they are in their process.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston College School of Social Work. I am currently a Staff Clinician in the Office of Counseling and Mental Health at Harvard University, and previous clinical experience includes work at McLean Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. Across these settings, I have worked with adults and adolescents navigating a wide range of emotional and life challenges, and I remain deeply inspired by the courage and openness clients bring to therapy. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and informed by Narrative Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I believe people already hold important strengths and insights, and therapy can help bring these forward. I also support clients in clarifying values and motivations, especially when feeling stuck or ambivalent about change. My style is warm, reflective, and supportive, with gentle challenge when helpful, always paced to the client’s needs.
