About My Clients
My clients are seeking therapy for wellness and mental health issues including depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, work stress, and self esteem issues. I work with adults aged 18+. I have experience working with clients with diverse social and cultural backgrounds.
My Background and Approach
My clients appreciate that I prioritize creating a safe and supportive therapeutic alliance in order to construct an atmosphere that is conducive to therapeutic change. The most important factor is helping my clients achieve their goals. We do this together by looking at patterns and significant moments from the clients' past, as well as exploring their here-and-now experiences. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities including depth-oriented psychology, behavioral approaches, mindfulness techniques, as well as creative arts therapy. I have worked in psychiatric hospitals, nursing homes, and rehabilitative facilities.
