About My Clients

Maybe you've been carrying some grief, anxiety, or trauma for years, and are finding yourself ready to turn your attention toward what you've been holding for so long. Perhaps something new has changed in your life and you'd like support with this transition. Whatever brings you here, I fundamentally believe you are whole, wise, and worthy of care. I really look forward to meeting you!

My Background and Approach

Regardless of if you have experienced trauma and/or adverse events in your life, I will approach our sessions from a trauma-informed lens. This means I believe that at the root of whatever isn't working for you today, was once an ingenious adaptive ability. I will always view you as someone who has gotten to where you are because of your inherent wisdom and adaptability.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I stand rooted in the belief that you have always been worthy of care, no matter what. Sometimes patterns that initially develop for really good reasons become outdated or create new problems as life inevitably changes. Therapy can be a great place to examine all the things that have been working and/or not working, so you can truly feel that your foundation is built in a way that best supports your innate ability to thrive, flourish, and live the life you want to live.
