About My Clients
I work with clients, primarily in their 20s or 30s, who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or transitional points in their lives. Together, we build confidence about their ability to manage what is coming next– whether it’s managing their first “real” job, figuring out their gender identity and sexuality, or relationship changes. I see clients on an easy-to-use telehealth platform.
My Background and Approach
The most important thing for you to know about me is that I am a warm, welcoming, and no-BS therapist. I am very skilled at holding space for you to talk about tough things, and I'm equipped to handle anything you throw at me. I work from a primarily person-centered framework -- this means that I believe that you, as the client, know your life better than I do. You have the best idea of what needs to be worked on, and I'll encourage you to lead our conversations. We'll work together to build skills to make your life better, build confidence in yourself and those skills, and build awareness of how your past is affecting your present.
