About My Clients
My client is seeking someone to help them discover the why's. Why is my relationship not working? Why am I depressed or anxious? Why can't I be happy? Why is our marriage in trouble? Why do I feel stuck? Why am I not satisfied with my life? From there, we can work together to find a new path to a healthier life.
My Background and Approach
I've worked with adults and adolescence. I practice from a humanistic approach pulling mostly from Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems. I believe in continual education and try to stay up on the most recent research and effective practices.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in a whole body approach and think that mental, physical, and emotional health are all interwoven. I believe that people have it within themselves to overcome their challenges and find their own personal growth they just need help doing so sometimes. I think we are all connected to this earth and I honor the power of nature and all living creatures.
