About My Clients
Are you feeling disconnected from your loved ones, family, and friends? Are you the caregiver of a child struggling at home, school, or with relationships? Depression, anxiety, trauma, unexpected life changes, and stress can lead us to feel isolated and hopeless. Without connection, it can be difficult to confront all of life's challenges. Finding a therapist to share these feelings & thoughts with can be the beginning of living a more peaceful life. No one deserves to suffer alone!
My Background and Approach
I am an endorsed Infant Mental Health Specialist and thoroughly trained trauma therapist with 10 years’ experience. I support children, families and individuals of any age looking for help managing depression, anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, life transitions, parenting struggles, and relationship challenges. I am trained in many evidenced based therapies, but am committed to tailoring my support to what you need. After discussing the symptoms you are currently experiencing, we will collaboratively develop a plan for recovery. There is hope for feeling better, connecting more securely, and finding peace!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, my partner, our pet rabbits, and our Golden Retriever, Rosie Cottontail. My values include joy, humor, creativity, inclusion, advocacy, curiosity, benevolence, and rest. I believe that therapy is political and the way that systems are stacked against some of my clients is an important consideration for your treatment.
