My Background and Approach
I understand the nuances to women struggling with food guilt, body shame, anxiety and self-doubt. By creating space to explore your behavior & what's driving it, I will help you understand what's keeping you stuck, & teach you practical skills to help you create more positive experiences with food, yourself, & start feeling more comfortable in your own skin. Those I've worked with tell me they leave feeling more self-aware, confident in themselves and their bodies, able to eat for nourishment & pleasure, and able to focus on what really matters to them the most!
