I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Solution-Focused approaches, helping clients build practical skills to manage thoughts, emotions, & everyday challenges. My work is centered on helping you create real, sustainable change—whether that’s improving your mood, strengthening coping strategies, or navigating life transitions with more confidence. I am currently expanding my expertise through advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) & personality disorders, which enhances my ability to support emotional regulation & relationship patterns. I have experience working with individuals facing addiction & co-occurring concerns, offering a supportive & structured space to foster accountability and growth. While I am trauma-informed, I focus on clients whose needs benefit from a steady, manageable pace, emphasizing safety & consistency. Together, we’ll work on understanding your experiences, maintaining emotional balance, & building a life that feels more stable.
