About My Clients

I work with high-achieving professionals, including therapists, healers, caregivers, nurses, CRNAs, first responders, and business owners who give endlessly, say “yes” when they mean “no,” and feel hollowed out by perfectionism, people pleasing, chronic stress, and burnout. You are doing everything for everyone, and now you need someone to see you, help you stop, and support you without judgment.

My Background and Approach

I am a recovering people pleaser and perfectionist myself, who appreciates a calendar invite for every event and loves a checklist. I’ve worked in nonprofits and hospitals, and know the feeling of emotional exhaustion that comes from taking care of my clients, my friends, my family, my two rescue dogs, and everyone else in my life while trying to “take time for self-care”. Through my own therapy, I’ve learned the importance of strengthening my voice and my spine. I work with therapists, caregivers, and helping professionals recover from people-pleasing, perfectionism, and over-achieving. They are trying to manage overbooked calendars with multiple responsibilities. They say "yes" when they mean “no" to accommodate the needs of others at their own expense. While my responsibilities, overwhelm, and relationships may look different than yours, I know why you stay up late (even though you have to get up early) scrolling on your phone while watching reality television.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

You have been the dependable one, quietly holding it all together, while inside you are crumbling under the weight of constant giving, exhaustion, and perfectionism. You do not just feel tired; you are crispy and charred, burnt from trying to fix everything by lighting yourself on fire. You hide breakdowns in the car, the shower, the quiet corners. Therapy can feel risky, but it doesn't have to be. I have been there too. Here, you do not need performance or perfection. You do not need to fix yourself to earn care. I am the one who sees the burnout behind the smile and holds space for you. You deserve a therapist who recognizes your struggle, meets you beyond the facade, and helps you reclaim your capacity, gently, without guilt or shame. I offer that. You can stop performing now and begin rebuilding with someone who truly sees you.
