About My Clients
I work with clients suffering from anxiety and depression, as well as ADHDers and autistic adults. Many of my clients are trauma survivors, deconstructing faith, autistic folks and their families, and pregnant or postpartum parents. I am trained in neurodiversity affirming therapy.
My Background and Approach
I was helped by therapy first as a teenager, and over the years have found myself returning to treatment from time to time. I found healing in this space in a way that I hadn’t experienced anywhere else. I became a therapist because I want to help people transform their lives, and I believe therapy can do that. The journey has been as rewarding as I had hoped - I love my job. It is in relationships we are injured. Paradoxically, it must be through relationships that we heal.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe survivors. I understand spiritual trauma. I embrace diversity in my practice including all body sizes, neurotypes, abilities, races, sexualities, genders, and spiritual traditions.
