About My Clients
You are ready to feel better and are looking for the right therapist to join you on your healing journey. As your clinician, I will welcome you during this time with warmth and curiosity. My goal is to provide a shame-free environment where we can explore your inner world, gain insight into your patterns, and find new ways of being. I work with adults and couples experiencing a variety of topics including anxiety, depression, trauma, complex relationships, grief, LGBTQIA-related issues.
My Background and Approach
I approach therapy from a psychodynamic, relational, anti-oppressive framework. The care I provide is tailored to meet your individual needs, and I use my attentive personality to create a safe space where you can feel truly seen and heard. When appropriate, I incorporate mindfulness practice to help with grounding through difficult thoughts and emotions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
People of all race, gender, sexuality, culture, faith, and ability backgrounds are welcome in my practice. I hold the intersecting identities of my clients with humility and respect, and believe in their innate wisdom about their lived experience.
