About My Clients
You’re the mom who holds it all together—until you can’t. You feel ragey, anxious, untethered, maybe even ashamed. You miss who you were before, but also know she’s gone. I work with mothers in the messy middle—those who crave real tools, deep honesty, and space to fall apart and figure things out without judgment.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed art therapist and clinical counselor (LCPAT, LCPC) with advanced training in perinatal mental health—and I’m not here to “fix” you. I’m here to help you get curious about your anger, soften the shame, and reconnect with who you are under the pressure. My approach blends talk therapy, expressive arts, somatic work, and a bold feminist lens. We’ll experiment. Get real. Try what works. Ditch what doesn’t. You don’t need to be “artistic”—just willing to explore. If you’re craving support that honors your rage, your brilliance, your exhaustion, and your wholeness—you’re in the right place.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe your rage is wisdom, not weakness. Your exhaustion is a signal, not a flaw. The real problem? A culture that demands mothers perform perfection and self-sacrifice. I practice from a feminist, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens that validates the emotional lives of mothers. I care deeply about reproductive justice, LGBTQ+ affirmation, and dismantling harmful narratives that keep women small. I believe therapy should feel grounding, collaborative, and honest. You don’t need to perform here. You just get to be fully, radically human.
