About Our Clients
You’ve spent years holding it all together—being sharp, capable, funny, and exhausted. You’ve learned to mask the chaos, to make it look easy even when it isn’t. But I see you. You want peace that lasts longer than a weekend and systems that actually fit how your brain works. You crave connection without the pressure to perform, growth without the guilt. You’re not broken—you’re brilliant and tired of proving it. You’re ready to rebuild from a place of honesty, creativity, and self-trust.
How We Can Help You
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Board-Certified Art Therapist who helps ADHD professionals, parents, and creatives find balance, clarity, and confidence through a mix of structure and creativity. My approach blends art therapy with DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, and real-world problem-solving. I believe healing happens through honesty, curiosity, and connection—not perfection. In sessions, we use art, reflection, and conversation to explore patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and build self-acceptance. Clients often come to me feeling burnt out, overstimulated, or disconnected from their purpose. Together, we make sense of what’s been keeping them stuck and turn insight into action that actually works in daily life. My style is down-to-earth, direct, and compassionate. I want you to feel grounded, understood, and equipped to live in alignment with who you truly are—not who you’ve had to be.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
You’re probably looking for a therapist who gets it—someone who won’t just nod but will actually help you move forward. I’m a good fit if you’re bright, creative, or high-achieving yet exhausted from trying to hold it all together. Maybe you’ve spent years masking ADHD, people-pleasing, or feeling like you’re too much and not enough at the same time. In our work, we’ll slow down, get real, and build strategies that actually fit your brain and your life. I combine art therapy, mindfulness, and practical coaching tools to help you reconnect with yourself and create real change. My style is direct, warm, and grounded in humor and compassion. You don’t need to impress me—I want you to exhale and be human here. Together, we’ll help you find focus, balance, and confidence without losing your spark.
