About My Clients

I work with individuals, parents, and couples who feel disconnected from their true selves. My clients are often "fixers" or high-achievers who are exhausted by people-pleasing and the weight of attachment injuries. I see the courage in those who feel they are failing or "too much" and are ready to choose a different path. If you are navigating codependency, family conflict, or spiritual questioning, I am here to help you move from survival into a life of authentic connection.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Level 1 IFS Certified practitioner. My approach is relational, warm, and interactive, rooted in the belief that we are all biologically wired for healing. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy; instead, I view your challenges through the lens of attachment—understanding how past injuries have created the "protective walls" you carry today. By integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic, body-based techniques, we move beyond just "talking about" problems. We work to regulate your nervous system and understand the different "parts" of your internal family. I specialize in helping clients bridge the gap between fear and safety, especially within family systems and couples. Whether we are unburdening an inner critic or restoring a sense of safety within your relationships, our work is a collaborative journey toward self-leadership, curiosity, and compassion.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that at your core, you are not broken; you are simply "remembering" who you were before the world told you who to be. My practice, Shameless Journey, is built on the conviction that shame is the greatest barrier to connection. I believe that healing happens when we shift from judgment to curiosity. When we look at our behaviors—even the ones we dislike—as creative survival strategies born from a need for safety, the path to change opens up. I believe in the transformative power of the human spirit and that spirituality, however you define it, can be a sanctuary rather than a source of weight. I am passionate about the "Year of Taylor" philosophy: building the confidence to take up space and live authentically. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel truly seen—not as a diagnosis, but as a whole person. My goal is to help you restore your connection to yourself, your loved ones, and the Divine, moving from a state of survival into a life of genuine peace.
