About My Clients

I work with adults exploring identity, navigating life transitions, and facing relationship challenges. Many of my clients hold marginalized or liminal identities—BIPOC, bicultural, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent—and seek a space where they can be fully seen. Together, we address anxiety, self-doubt, and relational patterns with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your lived experience.

My Background and Approach

My work centers on supporting clients through the in-between spaces of life—whether adjusting to adulthood, grieving a loss, exploring gender or cultural identity, or seeking more authentic relationships. These transitions often bring anxiety, self-doubt, or feeling emotionally untethered. My approach is relational, thoughtful, and collaborative. I walk alongside you, offering new perspectives, practical coping skills, and gentle questions to challenge deep-rooted assumptions. I draw from psychodynamic, relational, and mindfulness-based approaches to support emotional resilience, authenticity, and inner wisdom. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about creating a safe space to explore, feel, and grow at your own pace. I provide therapy through Intersect Clinical Services, a preferred provider for Boston-area students. We accept UHC StudentResources and Aetna Student Health with minimal or no out-of-pocket costs.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to shrink yourself to be understood. Our identities—cultural, gender, neurodivergence, life experiences—shape how we move through the world and deserve to be honored in therapy. I recognize that mental health concerns don’t exist in a vacuum; they intersect with systemic pressures, relational dynamics, and internalized narratives. My goal is to meet you with curiosity, compassion, and cultural humility, offering support that’s attuned to your unique experience. Therapy isn’t about fixing who you are—it’s about reconnecting with your strengths, reclaiming your story, and fostering a life that feels authentic and aligned.
