I enjoy working with couples and individuals to better their relationships with themselves and their loved ones and create a more fulfilling, connected and intentional life. My clients are motivated and thoughtful people who would like to change unhealthy patterns and create more secure and healthy relationships and attachments.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT- 15157) and graduated from Arizona State University with an undergraduate degree in psychology and master’s in marriage and family therapy. In my 15 plus years of clinical experience, I have worked in private, medical and community mental health settings providing individual, couples, group and family therapy to clients seeking growth and change. I am Certified in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy. I'm saying focus therapy gets to the root of the issue and addresses underlying patterns and needs to create long-term sustained change. As a mother and wife, I know how important relationships are to our overall wellbeing and also know how hard it is sometimes! You are not alone on this journey.
