About My Clients

Have you experienced anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, low self-esteem or relationship conflicts? I'm here to help. I appreciate the diversity of all my clients, and I am particularly focused on issues of trauma, self-esteem, healthy relationships, addiction, anxiety, LGBTQ+-issues, polyamory/non-monogamy, systemic oppression, immigration, and dissociation.

My Background and Approach

I take a holistic approach, see my work as a partnership, and offer a mixture of talk therapy, hypnotherapy, parts-work, EMDR, and Reiki.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am committed to an Internal Family Systems-model of the human psyche. I believe that we all contain multiple parts that have diverse feelings, needs, and beliefs, and I believe that thriving depends on creating an inner democracy between these different parts.

I have experience with the following
