About My Clients
I help therapists and helping professionals who are carrying too much. If you’re burnt out, overbooked, or taking stories home, you’re not broken—your nervous system adapted. We’ll slow the pace, name patterns, and build practical shifts: capacity-based schedules, boundaries that hold, and 2 minute resets between sessions. Best fit for vicarious trauma, perfectionism, high sensitivity, impostor feelings, and attachment patterns at work. Immigrant/third-culture clinicians and caregivers welcome.
My Background and Approach
Licensed psychotherapist in Florida and Nebraska, EMDR-trained (EMDRIA-approved), IFS-informed, and Polyvagal-aware. I’ve spent years helping therapists and helpers recover from burnout, vicarious trauma, and attachment injuries. My approach is paced and body-aware: we map parts, use EMDR to process what’s stuck, and build quick nervous-system resets you can use between sessions. Expect safe space, practical homework, and boundaries that hold in real life. I also offer therapeutic writing for integration. Multicultural lens; sessions in English, Spanish, and Russian. Goal: sustainable wellbeing so you can keep doing meaningful work without self-abandoning.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Guided by respect, consent, curiosity, and care. I aim for therapy that feels inclusive, safe, and practical. I value access and reducing stigma. I believe in boundaries, rest, and sustainable change. Outside sessions, I recharge in nature and with simple rituals.
