About My Clients
My clients are neurodivergent, queer, creative, and deeply self-aware. They’re ready to do the work untangling old patterns, building emotional clarity, and reconnecting to who they truly are. They want a therapist who is collaborative, direct, and on their team.
My Background and Approach
My work is rooted in the belief that healing is a homecoming. For over 15 years, I’ve shown up as an advocate, community organizer, and facilitator - work that taught me how power, identity, and lived experience shape our emotional worlds. I bring that same human-centered, neurodivergent-affirming, justice-grounded lens into therapy. I specialize in supporting BIPOC, queer, and neurodivergent clients who have spent years holding it all together while navigating systems not built for them. In our work, we slow down, tell the truth, and unlearn the survival patterns that once protected you but now keep you small. My presence is warm, direct, and deeply relational. I see the whole of who you are your history, your brilliance, your resilience. My approach is simple: we are on the same team. Together, we work to help you return to the most grounded, powerful, and fully expressed version of you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a progressive Black queer therapist who is neurodivergent affirming and deeply rooted in person-in-environment values. I believe you are the expert in your own life. I bring a nuanced understanding of how race, gender, sexuality, and class shape our experiences and I hold space for healing that honors all of who you are.
