Depression can make even the simplest tasks feel overwhelming. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for clients experiencing low mood, hopelessness, and disconnection. I specialize in working with families and postpartum mothers navigating these challenges, offering treatment that integrates therapeutic support, lifestyle changes, and when necessary, medication to help restore balance and purpose.

As a provider and a parent, I understand how ADHD can affect not only the individual, but the entire family system. I work with children, teens, and adults to support focus, impulse control, and emotional regulation through a holistic lens. I also collaborate with parents and educators—especially homeschool families—looking for practical strategies that respect neurodiversity and promote success.

I help children, teens, and adults understand and manage anxiety with a combination of therapeutic support and, when appropriate, medication management. I also offer guidance to parents whose children are struggling with school-related anxiety, social fears, or general worry. My goal is to empower clients with tools to calm the nervous system and build confidence in daily life.

As both a clinician and a mother, I understand the power of supportive, action-oriented guidance. I use coaching techniques to help clients set goals, build routines, and create realistic steps toward mental wellness. This approach works especially well for teens and parents looking to navigate academic pressures, family dynamics, or life transitions with clarity and confidence.

I use CBT to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, manage emotions, and develop healthier responses to stress. Whether working with children experiencing anxiety, teens struggling with self-esteem, or adults dealing with negative thinking, I tailor CBT to each individual’s needs while making it practical and accessible—even in a busy family setting.

I believe true healing comes when we treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My integrative approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with elements of lifestyle medicine, mindfulness, and spiritual sensitivity (when desired). This orientation is especially effective for clients who value a holistic view of wellness and want care that aligns with their personal values.
