About My Clients

Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your teen, I'm here to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Healing doesn't happen overnight, but meaningful change is possible. When you're ready, I'd be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward hope, healing, and growth.

My Background and Approach

Ashlynn Jameson, M.S., LPC-Associate, supervised by Dr. Ashley Ward Hines, LPC-S. My education and experience working with both teens and adults have prepared me to support clients with compassion as they work toward healing and personal growth. I tailor therapy to each client's unique needs using evidence-based approaches. My work is primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy while incorporating mindfulness and practical coping skills to support meaningful, lasting growth.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that every person has the ability to grow, heal, and create meaningful change in their life, even during seasons when that may feel impossible. I believe counseling should be a safe, supportive space where you can be fully yourself without fear of judgment. As a counselor, I believe in meeting each person where they are and working collaboratively to understand their experiences, strengths, and goals. My approach is compassionate and individualized, because no two people or journeys are the same. I believe that you do not have to navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or difficult emotions alone. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build confidence in their ability to cope with challenges, and develop practical tools that support lasting growth. I believe meaningful change happens through a relationship built on trust, authenticity, and understanding, and I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they work toward becoming the
