About My Clients
You’ve been trying your best to hold everything together for your family, work, and life, but it still feels overwhelming. You may feel stuck, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. My clients want support that is practical, compassionate, and accessible online. Together we create a safe space where you feel heard, find clarity, and gain real strategies to help life feel more manageable.
My Background and Approach
I’m an LPC with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, trained in play therapy, and I offer fully virtual sessions to fit your life. I work with parents who feel drained or stuck, providing strategies to strengthen connection and communication with their children. With children, I use play therapy to support emotional expression, coping skills, and problem-solving in a safe, supportive environment. I also work with adolescents and young adults navigating identity, relationships, academic pressures, and life transitions, helping them build confidence, self-awareness, and coping strategies. My approach is compassionate, holistic, and client-centered, focusing on practical tools to reduce feeling overwhelmed, increase resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, teaching yoga, being in nature, and spending time with friends and family. I believe self-care isn’t selfish—it’s essential to living authentically.
