My Background and Approach
Over the course of our lives, we experience life changes and unexpected events. Therapy is a place where one can process and adjust to these transitions and events. Through my education and experience, I have learned how to help clients work through these changes. Therapy will not only help one learn skills during this time of adjustment, but it will also help one learn how they can utilize these skills and strengths when they need them in the future.
