About My Clients
You might feel stuck—questioning your identity, struggling in relationships, or carrying anxiety and self-doubt that won’t quiet down. Maybe you’re moving through a big life change or just tired of feeling like you have to hide parts of yourself to be accepted. My clients often want clarity, relief, and a more honest connection to themselves and others. As a non-binary therapist, I understand how deeply the therapist’s identity can shape the therapy space—and how important it is to feel seen.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in MA, VT, and FL, I support adults facing anxiety, depression, identity conflict, and relationship struggles. My specialty is interpersonal psychotherapy, and I bring a holistic, adaptable approach to each session—offering clarity, insight, and a space where you can better understand yourself and your connections. I offer a safe, affirming space where you can show up fully and honestly. My approach supports you in developing practical, realistic coping tools while deepening your understanding of yourself. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more aligned with the person you want to be—grounded, capable, and true to yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I entered my field because everyone deserves a safe space where they feel truly heard and supported. Many people I know struggled to find therapy that fit. Therapy should be a place to explore your story, ask questions, and gain tools that honor your experience. Finding a therapist who understands you matters. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship and shared knowledge are both essential to healing. By building a safe, authentic connection—through humor, honesty, and mutual respect—I aim to create a space where growth feels possible. Along the way, I’ll offer practical tools, insights, and resources to support your goals both in and outside of our work together.
