My Background and Approach
I love working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-injury, low self-esteem, sexuality, gender identity, coming out, relationship issues, perfectionism, etc. I offer LGBTQ+-affirmative individual, family, and couples therapy. I see clients who identify all along the sexuality and gender identity spectrum. My ultimate goal is to help you begin to accept and embrace who you are.

As a counselor, I am passionate about the importance of acknowledging and validating the unique circumstances and experiences of each individual. My goal is to assist you in your journey of self discovery, self-acceptance, and self-growth.
