About My Clients

My clients often feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in a season of life that feels uncertain. Many are navigating life transitions, parenting stress, or internal conflict while wanting to feel more confident and in control of their direction. Together we focus on building self-acceptance, clarity, and a deeper understanding of themselves.

My Background and Approach

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in meeting you where you are. I strive to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable being your authentic self while exploring the challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that support greater clarity, self-acceptance, and confidence in navigating life’s stressors. My work focuses on helping you reconnect with your values and build tools that promote mindfulness, emotional balance, and personal growth. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), which help individuals understand their thoughts and emotions, develop self-compassion, and create meaningful change. I am also trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), which helps parents strengthen connections and manage challenging behaviors.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. Life can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves or uncertain about the path ahead, but with the right support, it’s possible to gain clarity, build self-acceptance, and move toward a more fulfilling life. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about creating space to better understand yourself, develop self-acceptance, and reconnect with what matters most. My hope is to support you in building greater awareness, compassion for yourself, and the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges with intention and resilience.
