Throughout my clinical experience, I have found that my passion lies within helping adolescents navigate the good, the bad and the ugly of being a teenager, as well as providing support in dealing with young adult issues and development.
My Background and Approach
I believe that therapy is a unique experience that provides a safe place to assist in acknowledging resiliency, providing hope and cultivating healing and growth within individuals and interpersonal relationships. Taking the first step in therapy can be a mixed bag of emotions. To assist my clients in feeling at ease, I place emphasis on building a therapeutic relationship with validation, trust, accountability, candid feedback and a little bit of humor as needed!
