I specialize in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I am Accelerated Resolution Therapy basic certified which works to reprogram the way distressing memories are stored in the brain. I specialize in healing individuals and families.I use a multitude of proven therapy modalities during each session to be creative about finding what will work best for you.
