About My Clients
I help individuals embrace change with resilience, clarity, and a sense of purpose so that you can seize the opportunity to embark on a path towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Working under the supervision of two licensed psychologists, I specialize in providing psychotherapy to adults who are working through life transitions, anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, ADHD, and psychedelic integration.
My Background and Approach
I offer both online and in-person therapy where I take an integrative and tailored approach to therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with humanistic and relational frameworks by focusing on meaning-making, acceptance, and the holistic view of each individual. I work to help my clients change their relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions, identify their values, and take committed action (after we answer the “why?” I want us to answer the “so what?”). Through a collaborative and empathetic therapeutic relationship, I aim to create an environment in which my clients can develop a true, authentic self and that serves as a safe base to return to when they try out their true self in the real world. I hold a MA in Mental Health Counseling from NYU, a MA in I/O Psychology from CUNY School of Professional Studies, and a BA in Neuroscience from Columbia University (Barnard College).
