My Background and Approach
As your therapist, we will work alongside you to fully examine your presenting issues, create collaborative goals and work to be your support. We also work to empower the client to feel confident to communicate their emotions and needs effectively so they are heard. It is important to us for our clients not to feel alone within therapy.
