About My Clients
Feeling exhausted and overwhelmed by recent changes in your life, or just want to function better? I help clients navigate changes in their life and discover long term ways to manage their overall mental health. I work well with adult 18 + clients who are experiencing a life transition (starting/graduating college, career change, recent marriage), depression/anxiety, chronic medical issues (or recent diagnosis) or those in helping professions.
My Background and Approach
Through an integrative therapeutic approach we will create a therapy plan designed for you. My therapeutic style is warm ,reflective, and accepting. I will use humor in therapy regularly, and provide a non judgmental environment to explore difficult topics. I hope to highlight your strengths as well provide skills and tools to help decrease stress. Starting the process to look for a therapist can be so overwhelming. I hope to honor your courage to step in the direction that could provide a space for you to feel seen and understood. We will work on challenging the negative beliefs and thoughts, that have a hold over your life. We will also work on connecting with your body and understanding the connection between your physical and mental health.
