About My Clients

Are you ready to become the best version of yourself? Whether you're dealing with past trauma, facing current life stressors, or battling depression or anxiety, you DO have the ability to overcome these things! I enjoy helping adults, teens, and older children (ages 10+) develop resiliency and hone their strengths to overcome life's challenges and become their best, most authentic selves. I especially enjoy working with veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and their families.

My Background and Approach

I use person-centered, evidence-based, and solution-focused modalities to help people connect with themselves on a deep level, break those unhealthy patterns, and "re-write" their life-stories. I also incorporate spiritual and faith-based modalities for those that desire it.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that EVERY person has the ability to greatly transform themselves and adapt to life's many challenges. I believe that every human being has great depths of inner wisdom that they can learn to tap into. I also believe that the most important relationship you'll ever have is your relationship with yourSELF. Exploring all the shadowy depths of yourself can be scary, I know - but this is the path to real, lasting change and true healing. One of my favorite quotes is from Carl Jung: "One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious." I especially enjoy working with veterans, active-duty military personnel, first responders, and their families. I have experience working with the veteran/military community and specialized training in their unique issues.
